Cancellation Policies

Deposit Refunds are available by:

• Check: with $25 taken off for lodge rooms and $45 taken off for cabins
• Melgeorge’s Gift Card that never expires for full amount
• Rollover deposit for a future stay

Checkout Procedures

• You may pay for your cabin in full rather than giving a deposit (deposit of 50% required on all lodge rooms and 35% on all cabins)
• If you book over the phone, we have CC info on file. If you book online, we do NOT have access to credit card info. People booking online MUST check out at the lodge prior to departure to pay the remainder of their stay
• MUST CHECK OUT AT 11 AM
• CHECK IN IS NO EARLIER THAN 2 PM

No Personal Food or Beverage Inside The Lodge

Absolutely NO hunting on resort and lodge property
